These terms apply to your use of www.dreamcreations.com and to the services provided by Dream Creations (“we,” “us”), a web design, development, and marketing agency based in Los Angeles, California. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them.
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We design and build websites and landing pages, write copy, set up call and form tracking, provide hosting and maintenance, and may manage ad and/or social campaigns. The scope, timeline, and fees for each project are set out in a written proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls for that project.
To manage campaigns or accounts for you, we may require access. You authorize us to access and manage the accounts you connect. You confirm that you have the authority to grant that access. You can remove our access at any time. We use that access only to provide services to you. No third party receives your account data through us, and we do not sell it. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Fees are as stated in your proposal or agreement. Advertising spend is paid directly to the platforms and is separate from our fees. You are responsible for your ad spend and for the budgets you approve.
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Dream Creations’ website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
The materials on Dream Creations’ website are provided on an “as is” basis. Dream Creations makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Ownership of the website design, code, content, and domain for each project, and any licenses to third-party materials, will be stated in your agreement. You keep ownership of materials you give us. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you tell us in writing that you would rather we did not.
We work to improve your calls, quote requests, and bookings, but we cannot guarantee any particular ranking, traffic, number of leads, or return on ad spend. Results depend on many factors we do not control.
We rely on third-party services such as Google, Cloudflare, and others. They have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, or actions.
You agree not to misuse the site. The sample websites in our Work section are examples of our design work. Reviews, prices, and details shown in them are placeholders, and some feature fictional businesses.
The materials on Dream Creations’ website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Dream Creations does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current.
Dream Creations has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.
Some recommended links may provide a commission at no cost to the user. This helps us maintain and improve our services. We only recommend products and services that we have vetted and believe will provide value.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Dream Creations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or revenue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Either of us may end an engagement as set out in the agreement. When it ends, we will remove our access to your accounts when you ask us to, hand over what you own under the agreement, and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Fees for work already completed remain payable. There are no refunds.
Dream Creations may revise these terms at any time. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
