100% Barter Items: Include phone consultations, minor site updates (text changes and minor adjustments), maintenance items like updates of HTML pages, email changes, site modifications and site (domain) transfers, graphic replacements or updates (custom graphic design not included). Additional customizations will incur additional hourly charges.
50-50 Barter Items: Small personal web sites (defined/basic templates) up to six pages, small business web sites utilizing content management systems (CMS) using Modx, Joomla or the like (utilized by most small businesses) up to 6 sections and 10 pages with standard or custom templates. Some simple blogs, basic pre-set photo gallery applications. Custom logo and graphic design, pending review. Customization restrictions apply on all sites and projects, pending review. Additional charges may be incurred for materials not covered under barter.
Items not bartered include, but are not limited to: Flash development, custom flash applications, Flex, custom animations, custom software applications (php, javascript, jquery, flash, etc.), custom blog, large store applications, large CMS or corporate web sites and other various software applications for various ecommerce, special media, streaming and other custom applications and hosting services. Third party services such as merchant services, or any other services requiring additional fees or charges not provided by Dream Creations are also not bartered.
Barters through the exchange are paid in full rate only and are to be verified and deposited prior to work conducted. There are no discount rates for barters, no exceptions. We reserve the right to refuse services on barter, pending any project review. All projects are completed or scheduled on a first come/first serve basis. Once we schedule a paid consultation, funds for that consultation are immediately deposited to our exchange account at the time services are rendered. During the consultation process, we will obtain all the details and requirements needed for completion of your project and give an estimate for completion. Funds for that project will need to be verified along with 50% of the estimate deposited to the exchange account prior to work commencing. If your project is a 50% barter, the amount not bartered will also be paid with 50% upfront prior to work commencing, and 50% paid prior to work being posted on your site location. During production, should the project require additional development outside the estimate, those additional items will be added to the final cost of the project. The remainder due will be deposited prior to your site being delivered after final review. All rates and terms are subject to change without notice.
